Reference VCF File Link is Dead #25

Maybe provide a list of possible VCF Reference files? But the link that is provided is dead: http://openb.io/2vcf/2vcf-v2.0.vcf.gz

I'm looking for the VCF Reference file also. I'm not sure if the one located in the reference folder is the same as 2vcf-v2.0.vcf.gz.
