There are still some percentage encoding characters left in URLs.

fixed in https://github.com/plantinformatics/pretzel-documentation-website/commit/21c0b31310eb8496d6111bed6215b28afee6b59e

trailing percentage encoding characters resulted from zero width space characters https://docs.plantinformatics.io/aggdocs redirect issue was caused by the name change
