Choose the photosynthesis model #23

For a start, I used FATES photosynthesis model and parameters. Given the more mechanistic nature of the Johnson Field and Berry C3 model, we could decide to implement it as well so our results are more future proof.

I included the Johnson Field and Berry model, so I will fit all the parameters with both models.

There is a mathematical relationship between parameters in the two models so we can use one, the usual FvCB model.
