Fix the sourcing of functions - GitHub making life hard again #55

This does not seem to be working for me now: devtools::source_url("https://raw.githubusercontent.com/TESTgroup-BNL/PLSR_for_plant_trait_prediction/master/R_Scripts/functions.R")

Actually, I dont think these are related but I cant tell. This AM I am unable to load pdf or .md vignettes in Github (loading slow or timing out) and I also can't resolve

Also timing out loading the "raw". Not really clear what the problem is?

This was just another ITD VPN issue making our lives more difficult.....again. Currently fixed after they removed GitHub usercontent from the "blacklist"
