Update version with first beta of v2.6.1 (v2.6.0 was created based on previous commit)

additional fixes it some minor comment/findings in the release script
the plantuml-stdlib PR is created too

@Potherca can you please approve it.

v2.6.1beta1 (now master) is breaking us at line 990 - "Unknow built-in function %chr" Reverting to v.2.6.0 works Any suggestions how to fix the above error? @kirchsth @Potherca

It's just on the include c4.puml - see screenshot attached Screenshot 2023-05-30 at 12 49 45

Odd thing is, it was all OK as of Friday last week, and this PR is from Apr 24th. So nothing has changed since?

Unknow built-in function %chr

You have a very old plantuml version, can you update to a newer plantuml version?

Odd thing is,...

Could it be related with some caching (e.g. plantuml server has a cache of ~5 days).

Update to 1.2023.8 applied and issue is sorted
