Gantt diagrams close days for someone

I want to try close someday just for somebody, how can I do this? like that:

2019/07/22 to 2019/07/24 is closed on {Joe}

project starts on 2020-06-19
[Task1] on {Alice} lasts 10 days
{Alice} is off on 2020-06-24 to 2020-06-26
