Cannot diaplay Open-Iconic icons in PlantUML.js #76

Hello,

Trying to test reference guide 13.6 sample in PlantUML.js, see attached image (with some variation), the Standard Library sprites are displayed correctly, but it's empty for Open Iconic one.

Is this something I miss or it's a bug?
