Apply Chen Notation for ER diagrams to the plugin of idea. #1743

I tried to use his code to survive the corresponding image in the idea plugin, but it failed. Before that, I updated the plugin and graphviz.

FYI Chen notation is on plantuml.jar only from V1.2024.4.

Okay, I think I understand now. The last update for this plugin was in Mar 29, 2024, and it has not yet applied the jar package for version V1.2024.4 to the plugin.

🤣Haha, I think I should go to the github of this plugin and urge the author to update it.
