fix: `ASCIIMathTeXImg.java` with a lot of corrections/enhancements

Hello PlantUML team,

After a period (of 2 months ;-) [to test Gradle, Junit, Assertj, GitHub Codespace, SonarCloud, ...]) of corrections and enhancements, I am proud to announce a correction of ASCIIMathTeXImg.java.

Here is a minimal list of corrections/enhancements with management of:

• Font commands (bb, cc, sf, ...)
• mgt/mlt
• prime
• overparen and overarc
• -+
• uArr and dArr
• 'bra', 'ket' and 'sandwich'
• matrix and array
• and a lot of new unit tests (adapted from asciimathml/test/unittests.js)

As remarked by @arnaudroques, there are some space paddings changes on matrix/array before and after this PR.

Here are some visual examples:

The reason:

• this is just due to the transition from matrix to array carried out in the asciimath (cf. PR-90 in https://github.com/asciimath/asciimathml/pulls) project itself...

Then:

• Don't hesitate to make feedback if that is not good for you... or have some impact on your side?
