Description

Add a page or use existing brew page to allow a user to search the database for a brew.
IDEAS
- Add filter options for different roasts, aromas, hints, acidity
- Search by keyword
- Filter by star rating

added browse html template and js file. Changes to coffees.js server method to support search

Results bar and Search criteria are sticky to top on scroll down for large screens. on smaller screens only the Results bar is sticky, and Search criteria can be toggled by a "Criteria" icon on the Results bar.
