localhost:3000 not working but localhost without port works #10

Hi when i open my site over brownser-sync Domflag is not working but when i simple use localhost/some then works fine but when is* localhost:3000* then is not working latest Chrome 48.0.x.x on Windows 10

now it works i have no idea :dancer:
