I know that work has been sort of updated in Martynov et al (2019) and technology-wisely speaking its detector design was considered as not ready as other possibilities. But still it would be nice to give credit to the original paper that first studied the prospect of having a specialised high-frequency detector dedicated for neutron star physics.
Add issues about the references here
