Tray icon is not used #9

The tray icon is not being used when I place the plasmoid in the panel. I've already changed the name of the icon in metadata.desktop and also on the .desktop files once the plasmoid is installed but the changes are not reflected in the plasmoid. It's still using the application icon.

I changed the name of the icon to widget-spectacle, created the icon and edited the launcher, cleared the cache and restarted Plasma. Nothing changed.

Ah, I have successfully changed it. I edited the file /usr/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.spectacle_widget/metadata.desktop and changed the icon name to the one I made and it works.

Looks like it's a result of having the old code still installed.
