Volume isn't changing from 0% if volume was changed in some other mixer before #13

Tried with Win7 mixer.

Prerequisites: Availability of one more widget/tray mixer on a Panel.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Change volume in other than Quick Controls mixer.
  2. Reduce volume level in Quick Controls mixer to 0%.
  3. Try to increase it.

Actual result: Volume bar stays at 0%.
