minor bug fixes #13

Already mentioned as an issue in the official branch, Issue #12.

I think what may fix the phone booting to the OS is putting a wait between lines 107 and 109, but this is currently untested.

Sorry for not replying earlier, can I suggest you to try halium-flash branch of main repo? Thanks

(halium-flash branch provides newer halium based images and is much more up-to-date then master)

I believe I'm still having the same issues using the halium branch, but I'll try again from scratch this weekend (currently 0145 on Friday for me).

I did end up being able to install Plasma Mobile on my Nexus 5X using the halium-flash branch; and, as this issue is not present in the halium-flash branch, it is therefore not needed. I'm closing this PR due to it being DOA.
