I used the easiest script and it finished but showing the error:

mount /dev/block/loop0 /system/cache failed: invalid argument

after that my phone (Nexus 5 hammerhead) got stuck in a boot loop (just showing the Google logo)

I manage to fix it by reverting the bs to 4096 like here
