Sometimes I see a note that many of the people I follow boost it, so I see the note many times in my feed, like the video example.
My suggestion is: If I already saw a note on my feed and someone boost it again in the same day, instead of show the note again, show a one line message like: (Note boosted that you already saw). Click to show it again.
