Catch invalid checksum exceptions #299

Parsing the npub in this note makes Nostrino throw an invalid checksum exception.

We should catch exceptions when parsing npubs.

I think you ran into this crash @bitcoinuser

Probably. I had some crashes and I reported it when happened.
