Possible issue with 64-bit Excel #61

David Colver sent email describing the following issue:

I've seen mention of CheckCell on the Eusprig mailing list. It's interesting to me as my company, Operis, is the largest auditor of spreadsheets in finance (specialising in natural resources and infrastructure), and sells Oak, the Operis Analysis Kit, a spreadsheet checking Excel add-in.

I've downloaded the tool and find it reluctant to load when Excel starts. I wonder whether it's because I'm using 64-bit Excel, which will be a minority of the installed base generally, but a majority in the finance community. We've had to make separate 32- and 64-bit versions of Oak, but I can't see mention of this distinction in CheckCell.

unknown

I was under the impression that I had built CheckCell for Any architecture, but I may be mistaken. I will have to check.
