Transition to a JAR-based JDK, zip natives support, no Jazzlib #396

Now, DoppioJVM works with a completely JAR-based JDK. This fix also removes DoppioJVM's dependence on Jazzlib for zip support, resulting in much faster JAR file operations. There are also a variety of other fixes, such as:

optimized bootstrap classloading
support for OpenJDK's ext directory
support for additional java.nio natives
and more!
