Automatic PDF Generation and Emailing

As a Survey Participant I need the system to automatically create and send a PDF report of my results immediately after I complete the survey So that I can have access to my personalized assessment without waiting

Details and Assumptions

• The system already collects all necessary data for generating personality assessment report
• Qualtrics is capable of initiating actions like sending emails once the survey is completed

  Acceptance Criteria

  Given the user has completed the survey
  When the survey is submitted
  Then the system generates a PDF report with the user's personalized assessment results
  And the system emails the PDF report to the user's email within five minutes of completing the survey
