Rename test repo to `tljh-repo2docker-test-binder` #54

This makes the name of the test repo more explicit:

cc @pierrepo I don't seem to be able to do the rename of the repo (lacking the Settings tab):

So feel free to proceed with the rename. Maybe we can also update the "About" section to mention it's used for the tests.

Then you can re-run the CI checks in this PR (or close / open).

Hello @jtpio I've renamed the repo to https://github.com/plasmabio/tljh-repo2docker-test-binder and also updated the description field.
