After https://github.com/plasmabio/tljh-repo2docker/pull/69, the package now contains both python and typescript code so it would be easier to manage the packaging and releasing by adopting jupyter_release

Maybe it could also be useful to switch to `hatch` and drop this `MANIFEST.in`? (could be done / tracked separately)
