As of now, the only type of Graph that has a way to scan for outliers is the XY Graph. The Bar Graph has a half-implemented Modified Thompson Tau scanning method implemented, but needs to be finished.

Bar Charts are terrible, anyhow. Bar Charts were removed. Closed.
