[fetcher] Provide extended error data #100

Problem:

It is not currently possible to access error response in plasmic-query package and therefore properly handle errors.

Solution:

Extend default error exception with info response from the server and status code as described in https://swr.vercel.app/docs/error-handling
Provide it to the errorDisplay in a separate configurable errorName variable

Hey! This is the first merged PR https://github.com/plasmicapp/plasmic/commit/b5140d835d85061e88c47293df173db413d79879 on our open source repo.

I'm sorry to say that there was a mistake when merging this that caused the author of the commit to be lost in the process. We've changed the merge strategy in our repo so this doesn't happen anymore.
