google fonts (Cuprum font)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install font to the Mac or Pc
2. add <link 
href='http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Cuprum&subset=cyrillic' 
rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'> to the site

font was added to site navigation. If i install font to the computer and then 
open a web site - navigation became smaller.
if i delete font from my computer (or i'm looking web site from other computer) 
 - navigation looks good.

Safari, Chrome, Yandex, Opera, FireFox (on MacOs and Windows7)

How to resolve it?

i found answer.
web fonts must be connected before main css file.
