Desktop download of Rouge Script is wrong font #241

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select Rouge Script from the choose page
2. Download as zip file
3. View wit font display

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect cursive script font. See Helvetica-like sans-serif

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Current Chrome, Microsoft Font viewer updated to latest. Windows 7 updated to 
latest.

Please provide any additional information below.
Display via web API appears fine, at least for Google Fonts pages.
