Full Equipment Import

• The following criteria is used to determine if an item is added:
  • Exclusion: Legacy items that were removed from the game should not appear on this list.
  • Exclusion: Non-equipment items.
  • Exclusion: Generated items, such as those in vendor tables and loot tables.
  • Exclusion: Items that are functionally identical to an item that does appear in a vendor and/or loot table.
  • Inclusion: Story Equipment.
  • Inclusion: Anything else.
• No flavor text was added when importing items. No effort was made to obscure the content for spoilers.
• Some links may need checking. Specifically, those with "(C1)", "(VR1)", etc.
• Now that the item import is complete, all headers can be changed once again. I've left empty headers, but feel free to add/delete or move things around now.

Also, some items imported may already exist in the guide. No effort was made to determine if there were duplicates.

Still shocked you were able to add so much so quickly.

Let me know if you're comfortable with the above for sorting items! Willing to take feedback before squashing and merging. The one element I can't tell if is Firefox or not -- sometimes the buttons remain activated and you have to use them twice on a reload.

Edit: if you think this is robust enough, I will work to make things more stable/refined. Just trying to keep up with you before we diverge commits, honestly :D

I'm a novice on js, so I can't comment on the code much. It looks and sounds good though. I don't plan on importing anything more to the guide for now.
