Ability to silence or turn off error logs #304

Current Situation

I have over 50 kasa devices in my home and they flood my home bridge log with benign errors because of timeouts. I've never had any issues (sometimes sluggish, but I blame all that on the Error 6 proE which is another whole issue). I'd like to see a toggle that allows me to turn off the logs or only log certain levels and remove any errors related to timeout issues.

Proposed Change

Please add a toggle to turn off logs or a dropdown allowing users to select the level of logging reported.

I have a set of plugs that I only use around the holidays. They are unplugged the rest of the year and during that time they spam logs. It would also love a way to disable this.
