windows taskbar popup hangs #13

When the hotkeyP starts with windows, first time opening that taskbar panel(win+a) is hanging for a second and mouse cursor hangs also in that moment. Every next opening going fine. Just first one after login windows hotkeyP version 4.11 win. version 11 23h2

It's a problem of Microsoft that Windows 11 are slow. First time opening of that panel always hangs. I tested it and it happens even if HotkeyP is not installed.

Yea it is slow even without hotkeyP but with hotkeyp it is hangs cursor for a second
