[Feature Request] Reading mode enhancement #256

Just tried the Reading Mode (Play Store / Youtube) app and thinks that it works pretty well (e.g. possible to pause the TTS, adjust the reading speed, and others good visual item as well). But this app hurts while playing the audio. Also it seems to me that the Reading Mode TTS sound is different from the Read Content in EinkBro.

Not sure if you would feel free to try the app and see if there are ideas to enhance the reading mode experience of EinkBro.

I personally think it is very similar to immersive reader in edge
