Duplicated user creation #129

After creating a user it created them twice, this only happened once with one of the users, unable to see how to remove the duplication/ how to remove users in general.

I'm honestly not sure how this happened. It looks like it duplicated the record with the exact same data except a different ID, but I can only see one log entry for the create user script on AWS. So it didn't run twice, and the log output suggests it only made one request to the API.

I've just repurposed the account as an Off-rota dummy account which is quite useful to have anyway, since occasionally a job needs to be assigned to someone who might not have an account yet.

Did you notice anything weird happen on the UI when you made the user?

I'd also be interested to know if Ian got two emails.

Hi Theo,The email only come through to Ian once. Nothing unusual, it was only when I returned to the user list that I saw it had duplicated, I entered his mobile number and assigned his roles to one to see if it updated the other too but it didn’t.Kind regardsJoe TookerOn 11 Feb 2023, at 07:31, Theo @.***> wrote: I'd also be interested to know if Ian got two emails.
