We absolutely need to mark when riders have left the organisation - so need a flag to mark a rider as inactive. This should have the effect of not being able to select the rider for active jobs - so put a filter on the drop list for riders. It should also disable the riders ability to log into the Platelet application.
Client locations also need to be markable as inactive. Clients decide to use MCBB, and sometimes clients move away from using MCBB - again we need to be able to mark clients as inactive - this then acts as a filter on the jobs so you can't allocate an inactive client location to a job as either a pickup or drop off location.
These are critical to the continued use of the application.
