Adds more admin controls to user profile views including:
A disable user button
A reset password button. This resend the welcome email with a new password.
Email change. This now properly updates Cognito with the new email.
Fixes bugs:
Profile pictures are properly replaced when updated
New comments now sync properly in real time
Also makes some improvements to lambda functions, with additional error checking. It makes use of the appsync layer and adds an additional layer for sending welcome emails to users.
