These commits modify the rolltable component to ensure:

the table displays when the collapse toggle is clicked (hidden by default)
the randomize button works and updates the result text
the debug and custom upload functionality are both hidden behind flags, making them toggleable but off by default
ensuring that the warning about an unparseable file is shown only when the file cannot be parsed
