Replace Cyberpunk with IFB #4

This commit removes references to Cyberpunk 2077, whose IP we do not have an agreement to use and which is not involved in this project. It replaces that reference with one to Iron, Flax, & Bone, a pamphlet RPG which will get a digital buildout in this project.
