Description
In order to sort resources by date, it's helpful to have a consolidated publication date metadata field that's not editable directly but is updated with concatenated year/month/date values.
Steps to test
Add/edit resource publication date values.
Expected behavior: Verify that the lc_resource_publication_date metadata value is updated alongside any changes that you make. (E.g. run wp post meta get <ID> lc_resource_publication_date and compare values.)
