Introduce clustering on the map #1

Based on the 2020-02-11 - Map Index Accessibility Chat we want to start clustering data at lower zoom levels.

New features and this Mapbox blog post offer an interesting way forward.

After discussion with @erictheise, agreed that clustering should be as follows:

individuals
organizations: co-ops
organizations: potential co-ops (aka businesses looking to convert)
organizations: shared platforms (aka businesses with a shared ownership and/or governance model not looking to convert to a legal cooperative)
organizations: other (support orgs, research institutions, etc)

@cherylhjli @dayotte currently clustering is based on just organizations vs individuals. Is that okay? Do you think something like the pie chart demo @erictheise linked above (https://blog.mapbox.com/clustering-properties-with-mapbox-and-html-markers-bb353c8662ba) would be better? (Organizations, but sliced by type?) Or, should we have simple clusters based on organization type? Thoughts?

@greatislander in my opinion I don't think the pie chart is necessary. But wonder if it would be possible to cluster based on co-ops / other orgs / individuals?
