Tweak menu button inverse focus and active state style

Focus border on inverted menu button should be thicker.

Inverse, focus:

Active color and background colour should be Blue-500 and white text.

Inverse, active:

Menu button focus border thickness should be same as the default.

Default, focus:

Active state should be inverse (blue500 bg, white text).
