feat: add directory icons, rename some SVGs to reduce ambiguity

Description

Adds icons for:

• Directory
• Co-op type
• Organization converting to a co-op
• Notification
• Archive
• Language (small)
• Sector (small)

Steps to test

1. Review icons.

Expected behavior: New icons are shown.

Additional information

Renamed backgrounds for goals, topics, co-op types, sectors, and formats page in the resource library as well as the archive (browse all) page background to reduce ambiguity.
