ATTINYCORE needs upgrade to newer version (1.4.2) #221

The referenced ATTINYCORE in this package is using 1.3.2 which should be updated to a newer version, 1.4.2 (or newer).

The ATTinyCore package has been updated to the latest stable v1.4.1.
