Due debug support ? #18

Hi, Is there any work already on adding support for the Arduino Due for debugging in PIO ?

Do you have JTAG debugger? Please re-test with the latest upstream (GIT) version http://docs.platformio.org/en/latest/platforms/atmelsam.html#stable-and-upstream-versions
