Add support for Arduino framework #2

Hi: I have try to support i.MX RT Series MCUs borad on PlatformIO, And Now The Seeeduino Arch MIX(RT1052) was been support, which using the Arduino framework. And ubsequent support for more boards, and will support the development of native SDK. Below is the address of the project.
