Add BTT Octopus v1.1 board #547

It's almost 2023 and I still can't find any configuration.h/adv examples for my Octopus V1.1 build. PlatformIO doesn't provide help since trying to create a printer without a printer name in Platfornio (new scratch build) there isn't a choice for any BTT Octopus Printers. I took my Ender 3 Pro printer a with SKR Mini board and super sized it. After supersizing it, the Gantry is too heavy for single Z-Axis - I went to a BTT Octopus for the Dual Z-Axis with G34 / Independent Z Driver Boards - BUT I can't figure out how to do a Marlin Scratch Build for Dual "Z" Axis without EXAMPLE config files for the BOARD without a printer associated. Please Please Please help. It's been almost a year without a 3D printer for me.
