PlatformIO is missing the genericSTM32F0xxx.json definitions #637

You can't choose the genericSTM32F0xxx boards, because json files are missing. Was initally popping up on

https://github.com/platformio/platform-ststm32/issues/623

but that was (accidently?) closed.
