Feature Request: Add version 1.27.1 of framework-stm32cubef4 #666

Hi All,

Is possible to add new version 1.27.1 of framework-stm32cubef4 already available for a few months: https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/STM32CubeF4/tree/v1.27.1

This is quite an important upgrade since includes significant changes in ETH driver and other key components.

I'm running into the same issue. The solution you proved over at: https://community.platformio.org/t/package-framework-stm32cubef4-1-26-2-is-outdated/31024 did fix it for me.
