Add board genericSTM32F722RE #744

The values in this file are derived from the already existing nucleo_f722ze.json board, while respecting the format of a generic board such as genericSTM32F401RE.json. And I am referencing the STM32F7xx/F722R(C-E)T_F730R8T_F732RET variant.
