Add support for Arduino_Core_STM8 #49

An alternative core to SDuino is at https://github.com/stm32duino/Arduino_Core_STM8, which very recently had a stable 1.0.0 release. It supports only the Nucleo 8S208RB and Nucleo 8L152R8 boards for now.
