Libraries: Could not install library

PIO Core Call Error: "[Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'platformio'"

I get that when attempting to install a library via the UI.

This is on a fresh install of CLION on Ubuntu.

If I shell out to PIO home, installations work okay from there.

This was opening a project that was originally formed using clion and platformio on a windows cimputer
