Summary & Motivation

Prepare for multiple self-contained systems by enabling isolated deployment of the AppGateway and AccountManagement. Split application.yml into app-gateway.yml and application.yml. Update the CLI for setting up CI/CD accordingly. Update the badges in the README file to reflect these changes.
